Terms of service

These terms apply when you use leaveitorripit.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

This shop is run by Leave It or Rip It, an online trading card store based in Cyprus. You can reach us at leaveitorripit@gmail.com.

2. Products

We sell trading card game products such as sealed booster boxes, packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins, collections, singles and accessories.
Product photos are for illustration. Packaging can differ slightly from the picture.
The language of each product (for example English or Japanese) is stated in its title or description. Please check it before ordering.
Sealed products are sold brand new and factory-sealed unless the listing says otherwise. Singles are sold in the condition shown in their listing.
Opening sealed products is part of the fun, but what's inside is random. We can't guarantee any particular card or pull.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€). Delivery is added at checkout.
Payment is taken when you place your order, through Shopify's secure checkout.
If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll always tell you first.

4. Orders

After you order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it.
We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item turns out to be out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
To keep things fair for collectors, we may limit how many of a product one customer can buy, especially for new releases.

5. Pre-orders

Pre-orders are paid when you order and ship on or around the release date.
Release dates and quantities are set by the publisher and distributor, and can change. If we can't fill your pre-order, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery

7. Returns

See our refund policy. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it.

8. Your account

If you create an account, please keep your login details safe. You're responsible for orders placed through your account.

9. Brands and trademarks

Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Riftbound, Magic: The Gathering and other names and logos belong to their owners. We are an independent shop and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

10. Liability

We're responsible for the products we sell as required by law. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for delays caused by things outside our control, such as courier problems or publisher delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
