We want you to be happy with every order. Here's how returns work at Leave It or Rip It.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days

You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Email us at leaveitorripit@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We'll reply with where to send it.
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Unless the item is faulty or wrong, you pay the return postage. Please pack it well. Until it reaches us, it's your responsibility.

Condition of returned items

Sealed products (booster boxes, packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins, bundles and so on) should come back unopened, in their original shrink wrap to get a full refund.
Opened packs can't be resealed or sold as new. If a product comes back opened, used or damaged, we may reduce the refund by the value it has lost, which for opened booster packs can be the full price.
Singles should come back in the same condition we sent them, in their sleeve or toploader.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you've sent it, if that comes first). The money goes back to your original payment method. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us as soon as you can with your order number and a few photos. We'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return postage.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. Just email us.
If a release date moves, we'll let you know, and you can still cancel for a full refund.
If we receive less stock from the distributor than expected and can't fill your pre-order, we'll refund you in full.
