Cancellation policy

This policy covers pre-orders and any other purchase option where your item ships later than your order.

Cancelling a pre-order

• You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund.
• To cancel, email us at leaveitorripit@gmail.com with your order number. We'll confirm by email and refund you to your original payment method.

If the release changes

• Release dates are set by the publisher and sometimes move. If that happens we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund if you'd rather not wait.
• If we receive less stock than expected and can't fill your pre-order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

After it ships

Once your pre-order has shipped, our normal refund policy applies, including your 14 days to return it.
