Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver across Cyprus.

Cost

Delivery is a flat €5 per order.

When your order ships

• In-stock items are posted within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays).
• Once posted, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
• We'll email you when your order is on its way.

Pre-orders

• Pre-order items ship on or around their release day. The release date is shown on the product page.
• Release dates are set by the publisher (for example The Pokémon Company or Bandai) and sometimes move. If that happens we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund if you'd rather not wait.
• If your order has both pre-order and in-stock items, we send everything together when the pre-order item is released. Want the in-stock items sooner? Place them in a separate order.

Packaging

Every order is packed to protect it in the post. Sealed products are padded and boxed so corners and shrink wrap arrive in good shape.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of being posted, or it arrives damaged, email us at leaveitorripit@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
